Refund/Return Policy

All our products are packaged with the utmost care to ensure that damage will not occur. However, in the instance that it does, please contact us within 5 days at sales@heartfeltgiftbasket.com and arrangements will be made to replace it.

If you chose to have an undamaged item returned to us, you will be credited the amount for the item minus shipping fees to and from and a $15.00 restocking fee per item.
Please note that returned items must be in new condition with unopened packaging and products intact.

Delivery Policy

We are not responsible for incorrect information sent to us, i.e., incorrect shipping addresses. Please enter destination location carefully. The biggest mistake is having an incorrect zip code or not having a suite or apartment number.
