Q: If I place an order, how will my basket be shipped?
A: Please note standard shipping is via UPS for most baskets. In general, deliveries arrive within 6 business days. For an additional fee per package you can have your gift delivered the next business day. Additional shipping options are available at checkout. Orders must be placed by 10:30am pacific standard time, 12:30pm central standard time and 1:30pm eastern standard time for your gift to ship the same day.
Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?
A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!
Q: What about shipping Chocolate in the summer months?
A: Choose a shipping address where someone will definitely be there to accept the package. Consider shipping to your work place.
Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?
A: Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska but, please add $20 to the listed shipping price.
Q: Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?
A: Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.
Q: Why do you need my recipient's phone number?
A: Federal Express must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for our guaranteed delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery.
Q: How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?
A: The items packaged inside are best if consumed within 6 to 9 months.
